The Festival Site

The Festival is held in Priory Park, Chichester. Entrance to the site is through the double gates at the junction of Guildhall Street and Priory Road, behind the Ship Hotel.

By Rail

Take the train to Chichester Station. Priory Park is about half a mile to the north. Walk out the station yard and turn left. Walk northwards past some sets of traffic lights and into South Street. Proceed the full length of South Street, past the Market Cross and into North Street. Walk almost to the far end of North Street and turn right beside the Ship Hotel into Guildhall Street. The gates to Priory Park are directly ahead of you.

By Coach

Parties arriving by coach should arrange drop off and pick up in Priory Road. Coach parking is available in Via Ravenna, close to Waitrose and the railway station.

By Car

Follow the road signs to Chichester Festival Theatre Car Park. The entrance to this car park is on the Northgate gyratory system, easily identifiable by the Fire Station. Parking is pay and display till 5pm, free thereafter.

Locate the Festival Theatre and walk away from it towards the car park exit (to the left of a toilet block). Take the underpass under the road and follow the signed route to the City Centre, which takes you into North Street. Walk down North Street 100 yards and turn left into Guildhall Street when you reach the Ship Hotel. The gates to Priory Park are directly ahead of you. Total walking time is less than 5 minutes.
